Amazing Grace

Amazing Grace by K-Low

The word says it like this: For by grace you have been saved, through faith, it is a gift of God.

It’s amazing grace

Let’s get it

Verse 1

Pen in my hand and a book of rhymes

Taking a stand as a man in these crooked times

Fishers of men well equipped with hooks and lines

I’ll begin with Him as I look to Christ

If preaching Christ is a crime consider me guilty

Before He cleansed me I was dead and filthy

Now I’m white as snow, check Isaiah one

Shine bright as a light cuz I’m in the Son

Got a target on my back Satan tries to hit

Always on the attack with his lies and tricks

I resist him steadfast my fire lit

Preach truth on the track when it’s time to spit

Now I’m living a life of hope and purpose

See without Jesus Christ my life is worthless

He’s not in the grave since that’s the case

All hats off and let’s give Him praise

Verse 2

I bring the water of the word, dawg I make it rain

Christ came to free slaves and break the chain

He bought us at a price just to stake his claim

Now I’m saved by His grace so I claim His name

I’m not afraid of death to die is gain

People dying in their sins it’s a crying shame

Ayo they need Jesus who’s the lamb slain

His redeeming blood wipes away the stain

He endured the pain went against the grain

Stays the same every day He’s the only way

Get your hands up let me see them wave

For our Lord Jesus rose from the grave

That’s the gospel He’s the living One

And that’s the gospel He’s the living Son

And that’s the gospel Jesus took my place

Now my sin’s washed away it’s without a trace

Verse 3

Listen real close and I’m sure you’ll find

The message of the truth intertwined

I preach Christ on the mic and I can’t deny

The fact that my penalty was declined

My walk is back and forth like a switch back

Had to turn to the Lord make a switch back

In the presence of the Lord is where I did that

He refresh me like a spiritual Tic Tac

He’ll save you tonight, give you life

Get right in His sight come to the light

Don’t fight against Him dog take it from me

If you know Jesus you know peace

He frees us up and sets us free

Gives us life abundantly

Ayo call out to God if you’re in the place

And be saved today by His Amazing Grace
